7-Day membership of the Galley course is now at capacity and the Club is currently operating a waiting list. A non-refundable fee of £100 will be charged to join the waiting list. Intermediate categories (aged 18-28) will be charged a reduced fee depending on age.

Once opportunities to join become available, those people on the waiting list will be offered membership in the order in which they joined the list. The application date will be effective once payment of the fee has been made.

5-Day (Mon-Fri) membership of the Galley course is still available with the option to join the waiting list for 7-day membership, in which case the waiting list fee will not be applied. Similarly, membership of our 9-hole Warden course is also available with the same option to join the waiting list for Galley course membership.

A joining fee will be applicable from 1st April 2025 for all new members of the Galley course. The fee will take the form of an enhanced subscription for the first 3 years of membership. For example, a new 7-day member will pay £1,580 (at current subscription rates) for the first 3 full years of membership. From the fourth year the annual subscription will reduce to £1,380.

If a new member joins part-way through a subscription year then the underlying amount will be charged pro-rata but the joining fee element will still be payable in full. For example, a new member joining half-way through a subscription year will pay £890 (at current subscription rates), ie 50% of £1,380 plus £200. For each new member, a proportion of the joining fee will be credited to their member’s card which can be redeemed against food and beverage purchases in the clubhouse and also entering golf competitions and tickets to attend social functions.
